1. Services Provided
Maps.Reviews provides a digital subscription service to help businesses manage, monitor, and optimize their Google Business Profile presence (including Google Maps). Our services include profile setup, ongoing optimization, review monitoring and response, content updates, and consulting.
Our services are provided independently based on publicly available data and best practices.
2. Subscription and Payment
– Services are provided on a recurring subscription basis.
– Payments are processed securely.
– By subscribing, you authorize automatic billing for the subscription fee on a monthly (or otherwise agreed) basis.
– You agree to provide accurate billing details and keep them up to date.
3. Cancellation and Termination
– You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by emailing us at hello@maps.reviews.
– Cancellation will stop future billing, but your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
– We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we suspect abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
4. Refund Policy
– First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if unsatisfied, subject to review.
– Ongoing subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.

5. Use of the Service
– You agree to use the service for lawful purposes only.
– You are responsible for any data you provide to us for optimization purposes.
– You must not impersonate others or misrepresent your business through the profile.
6. Intellectual Property
– All content on Maps.Reviews, including text, branding, visuals, and tools, is the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise stated.
– Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
– We do not guarantee specific placement, ranking, or visibility on Google Maps.
– Our services are offered as optimization support only.
– We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of our platform.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or posted on this page.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in competent courts in San José.
