Refund Policy – Maps.Reviews

At Maps.Reviews, we strive to deliver exceptional value through our subscription-based digital services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is appropriate. Please read the following policy carefully.

1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:

First-time customers: You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription payment if you are not satisfied with the service.

Refunds will be issued only if no substantial service work has been performed on your Google Business Profile.

Requests must be submitted in writing to hello@maps.reviews with a clear explanation of the issue.

2. Ongoing Subscriptions
Subscription renewals (monthly or otherwise) are non-refundable once the payment has been successfully processed.

It is the user’s responsibility to cancel their subscription before the next billing date if they do not wish to continue.

Upon cancellation, services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Service Cancellations
Cancellations can be done at any time via refund@maps.reviews

Cancellation stops future payments but does not trigger an automatic refund unless it meets the criteria above.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your credit card provider. We are committed to resolving concerns quickly and fairly.

Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in account suspension or service termination.

5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned via the original payment method.

We do not issue cash or check refunds.

6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny a refund if:

Services have been fully delivered

Profile changes have been implemented

There is evidence of account abuse or misuse of the platform
